Auction Coordinator - Aaron Industrial Solutions (AIS)

JOB SUMMARY

Aaron Industrial Solutions (AIS) is seeking an organized and motivated individual to join our growing auction team. This quick learner will help manage the people, processes and systems necessary to execute successful auctions. This individual will manage multiple projects simultaneously and be able to operate both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


RESPONSIBILITIES
Pre-Auction Activities
  • Set up auction kickoff meetings
  • Type, proofread and import lot catalog descriptions
  • Edit, organize and upload auction photos
  • Prepare the bidding website
  • Answer customers’ questions
  • Ensure all necessary licenses, bonds, insurance and other paperwork is up to date
  • Work closely with the setup team to ensure deadlines are met
  • Revise the lot catalog upon request

Post-Auction Activities
  • Send out invoices and track customer payments
  • Work with removal team and riggers to ensure safe and timely removal of sold equipment


QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School diploma
  • General experience in project management
  • Proficient with basic office software (word, Excel & PowerPoint), email & phone etiquette
  • Experience with CRM systems or ability to learn internal management system quickly
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment
  • Self-starting attitude
  • Experience with Wavebid or other auction software is a major plus, but not necessary
